Immunization Setup

           1Core offers two method to capture and track child immunization data:

          * Detailed Immunization: Capture and track all the dates for each required immunization.
          * Immunization Expiration Date only: Capture and track one active expiration date only.

            * Click Add New to Add New Immunization
            * Click Edit under Action to update the existing immunization details.
