Batch Postings by Family / Transaction Type / Classroom

1Core allows the Center Directors to do Special Batch Postings to the Family Account Ledger as follows.

Batch Post by Family: This function can be used, when the same charge applies for all the families.

* Choose a Posting date.

* Select a Transaction Type and Description.

* Enter the amount and comments.

* Select the Families applicable and post.

Batch Post by Transaction: This function can be used, when different charges apply for the families.

* Choose a Posting date.

* Select a Transaction Type and Description.

* Enter the amount and comments for each family and post.

Batch post by Classroom: This function can be used, when same amount applies for all the child with in a classroom.

* Select the Family and Child Status 

* Select the Classroom for which you want to post the charges.

* Choose a Posting date.

* Select a Transaction Type and Description.

* Enter the amount and comments and post.
