1Core Class App - Classroom Username Creation

To access each classroom in the 1Core Class App, you can create a special shared classroom login credential for each classroom.

To create the 1Core Class App classroom login credential, please follow the steps below:

• Complete all the required fields to create a user.
• Under Role, select Classroom.
• Assign a specific classroom for that username login and save.
• This shared classroom login credential can be given to all the staff within each classroom.

Note:The Location Director or Company Admin or the Super User can create as many numbers of classroom users based on the total number of available classrooms (Ex: If they have 4 Classrooms (Infant/Toddler/Preschool/Pre-K) they can create a user for every single classroom)
