CRM Dashboard

CRM dashboard is the place where you can view the details of 1Core CRM's Tour/Waitlist/Inquiry requests and their developments. 

Inquiry: Number of Inquiries 
Tour: Number of Tour Invites sent and responded 
Waitlist: Number of Waitlist invites sent and responded. 
Enrollments: Number of Program Enrollments (Counts reflected from the Program Enrollment dashboard)

Inquiry Tab: 

Under the Inbound tab, you have the New, Responded and Change Request tabs. 

Tour Tab :

Under the Tour tab, you have the Invited, Pending, Scheduled, Toured, and No Show tabs.

Waitlist Tab :

Under the Waitlist tab, you have the Invited and Joined tabs.

EnrollmentTab :

Under the Enrollment Tab, you have the Enrollment Offer, Incoming, Enrolled,and Withdrawn Tabs.
