Viewing and Downloading Optional Service Reports

By tracking optional services, you get a quick picture of which services families are using and how often. In this guide, we'll look at how to view and download optional service reports.

Steps to Review Service Usage

  1. Go to the Reports section.
  2. Click on Optional Services.
  3. Use the filter options to generate reports:
    • Select the service name.
    • Choose the time period: daily, weekly, or monthly.
    • Specify whether you want reports of children who have or haven't opted in for the service.
  4. Review the tick marks that show the days each child opted in for the service.
  5. The last column mentions the number of days they availed the service during the selected week or month.
  6. At the bottom, check how many children opted for the service on each day.
  7. To download the report, click the Download button on top.

With optional service reports, centers gain clear visibility into service usage, participation, and trends, making it easier to plan, review, and manage optional offerings with confidence.
