Batch Email for Parents

1Core allows the Center Admin Users to send Batch Email to their parents whenever required.

The User can send a General Email with attachments or Account statements for their parents using this Batch Email option.

General Email To Parents:

* Select the Families 
* Compose the message 
* Upload any attachments if required
* If the Location Director would like to get a copy of the email, then they can check the box right below the Compose message box.

Account Statement To Parents:

* Select the Type of Statement.
* Select the Statement Period
* Select the Families
* Compose the Message & Send.
