How to Use the Advanced Search Feature in CRM
The advanced search capability has been introduced within the CRM system, allowing you to search across the entire CRM. In this guide, we'll walk you through how to find CRM leads easily, across any stage, from both the company and center views.
Searching at the Center Level
- Navigate to your center dashboard and select CRM.
- Locate the advanced search bar, which lets you search using any available information, such as the child's name, a parent's name, mobile number, or email, across the entire CRM.
- For example, to look for a lead named Johnson, start typing the name. Matching results will appear below, along with the stages and sub-stages each lead belongs to.
- The results are based on the default search preference, which you can adjust as needed.
- Filter the search results by selecting a specific inquiry stage.
- Select a CRM lead from the drop-down to process it directly or click the "View All" option to view the full results page.
- On the full results page, view all matching CRM leads in one place. Switch between the stage tabs to quickly find the lead you're looking for.
- To take action on any particular search result, click the three-dot menu beside it and choose your desired action.
Searching at the Company Level
- When searching from the company level, your CRM leads will include data from all centers.
- Apart from seeing the stage and sub-stage, you'll also see which center each result is linked to.
- As before, check all the results by clicking "View All."
