* Select the Immunization Type (Enter Date for Immunization due)
* Select the Reminder Type
* Select the Families 
* Compose the Message, confirm and Send.

Physical Health Exam Expiration Reminder To Parents:

* Select the Type.
* Select the families.
* Compose the Message, confirm and Send.
