1.Ability to Add / Edit the Health Screening Questions

1Core has provided the ability for Center Director to Add / Edit the health screening questions with the web Interface

               *Click Add Question to add new Health Screening Questions

               * Enter the Question, Select category and Save.

       Click on the Edit Icon to edit already existing questions.

       Make the Changes and Save.     

1.1.Ability to Add / Edit answers for the health screening Questions

1Core has provided a new option where Director can add the answers for health screening questions with the Web interface.

*Click on the Health Screening Icon to view the record for the child

*Click Update Health Screening to record the answers for health screening questions with 1Core Web

*By default, system display the Current Date. Director can select a past Date if required.

*Select Yes/No and click Save to record the answers for a child.

1.1.1Edit the Recorded Answers

1Core has provided a new option to edit the already recorded answers for the health screening questions under the child page.

*Click Update Health Screening to edit the recorded answers for the child

*The Director can edit the already recorded answers for the child and make changes if required and click Save
