How to Track Staff Certification Status - Dashboard & Reports

1. Staff Certification Dashboard 

• From the center dashboard, click on Staffing on the side panel. 
• On the Staff Records page, center directors can view key information regarding certifications. 
• For more details, navigate to the Staff Certification Dashboard. 

Exploring the Staff Certification Dashboard 

The staff certification dashboard consists of four panels on top and two below with key information: 

A. Waiting For Approval 

• Lists details of staff who have uploaded their certificates via their staff portal account and are waiting for approval. 
• To review a certificate, click View/Approve. 
• Decide whether to approve or reject the certificate. Staff will be notified of your decision. 
• Approved certificates will be added to the staff's file. 

B. Expired Certifications 

• Displays certificates that staff have uploaded but have since expired. 

C. Missing Mandatory Certifications 

• Lists staff who need to upload mandatory certificates. 
• You can view details of any particular staff and upload certificates on their behalf. 

D. Staff Certifications Expiring in 30 Days 

• Shows certificates that are due to expire in a month. 

E. Certified Staff Count Summary 

You can view the status of certifications category-wise, including whether all staff have submitted the required certifications. If any are missing, click to view the details.

F. Staff List - Certified Summary 

This section is categorized staff-wise, letting you view each staff's progress in uploading certifications. The number of certificates needing an update is highlighted. Click View to see the details. 

2. Staff Certification Report 

1. For Companies with multiple centers, you can get an overview of certifications at all locations. 
2. Select Reports from the company dashboard and choose Staff Certification Report. 
3. View the certification status of each center and click View Detail to access a center's staff certification dashboard.
