Family Portal: Online Payment Method Conversion - TAP to TPD & TPD to TAP

1. TAP to TPD 

1.1. 1Core Web

 

To change your online payment method from TAP to TPD in the 1Core Web Application.

Step 1: Disenroll your current TAP account (Using the Family Portal account).

Step 2: Enroll in the TPD account.

Disenroll - TAP,

  • Contact your center for disenrolling your TAP account. 

Enroll - TPD,

 

Select your payment type and feed the details,

1.2. 1Core Family Mobile App

To change your online payment method from TAP to TPD in the 1Core Family Mobile App.

Step 1 : Disenroll your TAP account.

Step 2 : Enroll in the TPD account.

Disenroll - TAP,

  • Contact your center for disenrolling your TAP account. 

Enroll in TPD,

Note: If you face any difficulty in converting your payment account setting from TAP to TPD, please contact your center.

2. TPD to TAP 

2.1. 1Core Web

To change your online payment method from TPD to TAP  in the 1Core Web Application.

Step 1. Disenroll your TPD account. (Using your Family Portal account)

Step 2. Enroll in the TAP account.

Select your payment type and feed the details,

2.2. 1Core Family Mobile App

To change your online payment  method from TPD to TAP in the 1Core Family Mobile App,

Step 1 : Disenroll your TPD account.

Step 2 : Enroll in the TAP account.
