Failed Card/ACH Notification Mail

The system will not send the Failed Card Transaction notification to the Director & the Parent for CARD One Time Payment.

But if it is a ACH One Time Payment, the system will send the Failed ACH Transaction notification mail to the Director & the Parent

If the failed payment is a Batch/Recurring payments with any message, then the notification mail will send to Director and Parent for both Card and ACH
